Kelly's Treasures is an ecommerce website open to the
public.
Kelly's Treasures values the privacy and security of all
customers and does not utilize pop-up or pop-under
technology anywhere on this website. Should you encounter a
pop-up or pop-under it has followed you by delayed
programming from a recently visited other website. Your
credit card information is accessed by our secure credit
card server only, and is not accessible to us. We will not
ask you for credit card information, passwords, or other
private information. Should anyone claiming to represent us
contact you with a request for information, do NOT give them
any information, including phone number, address, credit
card information, and/or passwords, and contact us
immediately. Kelly's Treasures will comply with all local,
state, federal and international police orders regarding an
investigation of our customers.
Kelly's Treasures is a spam free business. We do NOT
do mass mailings, and only reply to emails sent to us with
product or service queries. Your order information is not
given, traded, sold, or otherwise transferred to any other
individual, or company, including but not limited to mailing
list generators.
All sales are final, no exchanges, no refunds, unless we
have made an error in processing your order. If there has
been an error in your order, you must contact us within 3
business days of order receipt for instructions on returning
the order.
